Who we are
This website is run by Classic Cleaners, a dry cleaner in Tomball, Texas, and part of the Classic Cleaners family of stores (Classic, Vintage, Sapphire and Premier Cleaners). This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our online booking, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you contact us. If you send a message through our contact form, we receive your name, email, phone number (if you give it), the store you picked and your message.
When you book a pickup or create an account. Online booking and customer accounts are provided by CleanCloud, the software we use to run our stores. When you book, CleanCloud collects your name, phone number, email, address, order details and preferences (like starch level) on our behalf. Card payments are processed by CleanCloud's payment processors. We don't see or store your full card number.
When you visit in person. We keep your name, phone number, order history, garment notes, rewards balance and any discounts on your account.
When you browse this site. Our web host keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and troubleshooting. This site does not use advertising cookies. Pages that show a map load it from Google, and our fonts load from Google Fonts. Google may receive your IP address when that happens.
How we use it
To clean, track and return your garments; to schedule pickups and deliveries; to send order updates; to apply your rewards credit and discounts; to answer your questions; and to handle claims. We don't sell or rent your personal information.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we'll send texts about your orders, such as when an order is ready or a driver is on the way. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. We don't share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that help us run the business, such as CleanCloud (point of sale, booking and customer accounts), payment processors, our web host and our email provider, and only so they can provide those services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep account and order records for as long as you're a customer and as long as we need them for taxes, accounting and claims. Contact form messages are kept as long as needed to answer you.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to close your account. Contact us using the details below. We may need to keep some records, such as transaction history, where the law requires it.
Children
This website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
