What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 6:30 PM. Saturday, 9 AM to 3 PM. Closed Sunday.
Do you offer same-day dry cleaning?
Yes. Drop off by 9:30 AM Monday through Friday and pick up after 3 PM.
Do you have a drive-thru?
Yes. Pull up to the window and we'll take your drop-off or bring your order out to you.
How does the drop box work?
Set up an account at the counter during business hours and we'll give you a laundry bag with your name on it. After that, fill your bag and leave it in the drop box any time, day or night. We check it in when we open.
Do you pick up and deliver?
Yes. Schedule a pickup online and choose the pickup and delivery times that work for you.
How much does dry cleaning cost?
Shirts start at $3.25, pants at $5.25, suit jackets at $8.49 and heavy starch jeans at $6.25. Prices for other items depend on the garment. Ask at the counter or call us.
Do you offer discounts?
New customers get a discount on their first visit. Veterans, active military, law enforcement and ISD employees get a discount every visit. Every customer also earns 3% back in store credit on every dollar spent.
How does the rewards program work?
It's automatic. Every time you pay, 3% of what you spent is added to your account as store credit. Use it on any future order at the store where you earned it.
What happens if a garment is lost or damaged?
We stand behind our work. If we lose or damage a garment, we reimburse up to 10 times the cleaning charge for that garment, usually as store credit, unless you declared a higher value when you dropped it off. Please report any problem within 48 hours and bring your receipt. The full conditions are printed on every receipt and on our Terms page.
How long will you hold my order?
Please pick up within 30 days. We aren't responsible for orders left longer than 30 days.
Can you get this stain out?
Most stains come out if they're treated early. Bring it in soon, tell us what the stain is, and don't iron or rub it at home first. We'll tell you honestly if a stain is likely to stay.
Do you do alterations?
Yes. Hems, waist adjustments, sleeves, tapering, zippers, patches and gown fittings. No appointment needed.
Are your four stores the same company?
Yes. Classic, Vintage, Sapphire and Premier Cleaners have the same owners, and garments from every store are cleaned at the Classic Cleaners plant in Tomball. Your discounts apply at every store.
